WHO
WE ARE
Auxilium is the sister brand of Vane Percy & Roberts. VPR has worked with healthcare clients on a global basis for over 25 years ranging from some of the world’s largest pharma and medtech companies through to entrepreneurial start-ups.Part of this work has required us to get involved in the investor relations activity for some of the world’s biggest companies including Pharmacia, Pfizer and Celgene amongst others.
As VPR's focus shifted from global (bureaucratic) organisations to more entrepreneurial SMEs and start-ups we have found ourselves more heavily involved in the money raising cycles these companies go through. Recognising an opportunity, we developed a hybrid solution which enables us to help clients develop a clear strategy and pathway to commercialisation and then support them in accessing the funding necessary to do so
OUR
NETWORK
Auxilium is led by Sarah Roberts and Simon Vane Percy and supported by a range of specialists across the healthcare and financial spectrum.
Partners include Robert Taylor, Imprimatur Capital and Professor Trevor Jones.
Robert Taylor is our key investment partner working with us on our investment support portfolio. He brings over 30 years investment banking experience (HSBC, Barclays) and, for the last decade, has focused exclusively on fund raising and investor relations for both listed and private Healthcare companies. ,
Imprimatur has particular expertise in China and Professor Trevor Jones has global expertise and contacts in healthcare fund raising.
OUR
EXPERIENCE
We have a broad spectrum of clients ranging from early stage start-ups to more established organisations looking for additional funds. Our unique offering, and approach, means that no two clients are the same. Our initial fact-finding workshop equips us with the information necessary to provide a project outline and associated costs.
OUR
UNIQUE OFFERING
We appear to be unique in combining a business focussed comms strategy with the quest for financial investment. We work with our clients on a comprehensive programme which may include editorial, stakeholder relations, market access, message and brand development alongside the fundraising activities. We understand that many of our clients are start-ups and, therefore, also have a unique and flexible budget model.
